Make images on mobile non-static

So I wanted to create a custom bot that would create pictures for you based on certain parameters. But I realized that pictures cannot be shown any bigger than a given limit. I also learned that this limit was set for mobile users. So what I am proposing is to make scrolling sideways a thing on mobile, so pictures can be resized to any size for desktop users. This way, I feel the experience on desktop will become better with the use of different sized pictures.
