Better Role`s Permissions Control

So you have role on your server, that can give another roles to other members. Moderator with this role  decides to create new role with a lot of permissions, that owner dont want to see in his server. And for now, if this moderator with this like role dont have needed permission, he cant give it to roles "below". But he can give all other permissions, that he has. So he created this role, and on the next day owner have full server of moderators. So I want to see something like "is assignable" button, thats appear near all role permissions, that have "manage role" enabled. So if moderator role have manage perm, but with disabled its assignability, member cant give it to other created by him roles. And it need to work with all perms. Talking about channel`s permissions, its be pretty similar: if manage perms enabled, but "is assignable" of some perms is dissabled, member cant edit them. (P.S.: if role have administrator permissions, all this is doesnt matter ._.)
