Feature to change your profile picture on a server by server basis

There are other posts about this, but I think it's important to have another one. Basically as it says, we should be able to change our profile picture on a server by server basis. As so you can have the picture you want on casual servers, and a professional one on say servers for your school or work. I'd say you could implement this by letting the user upload more than one picture, up to say, 5 or 10, and set a default, but in each server you can select a different one of needed. In the same place as the nickname. Thank you for the consideration.
