No response from Discord support for a week?
Is this normal?
My main account (nxno#0001) was disabled after I was hacked and the hacker charged my card with multiple nitro gifts. These purchases were flagged as fraud by my bank and almost immediately charged back, I do not think that I should take the blame for what happened, although, in all the emails I have sent, I have expressed that I am sorry and will make sure it won't happen again, yet I have still had no response. Am I being ignored? Do they just not care about me because my account is disabled? I just want my discord account back.

Discord gets a lot of those requests daily, and they have to individually investigate each instance. It is likely they have you in a queue for assistance. Waiting is your best bet.
