Chargeback ban

At the very beggining of this month i suddenly got 5 charges for a 4x boost pack, and at the same time i got added to 2 servers i wasnt in. As far as i know the only way to get in a server is by invite, not by force and without consentment. I wasnt using discord at all at that time, so the only logical explanation is hacking/compromised account. (Though discord dont really believe me cause i didnt get any mail notifying that my account was logged in in a new device)

I asked for refund and inmediately removed my card and called the bank to block it just for satefy reasons. I got a discord reply saying they were sorry and for safety my account would be disabled and i should get an email asking me to change password.

I was like wtf??? why my account should get dissabled? an anyway the first thing i did was changing my password, cant they see that? why i would have to change it again? and i also activated the 2FA (which was suggested in the email too, but i did it before getting it) 

Anyway, that didnt happend until 5-6 days after i got the email. I tried to get in and my account was disabled and i got an email saying it was cause chargebacks break the terms of service??? since when refunds are illegal??? why add a chargeback button in the first place???

What i didnt got was this password changing email that i was supposed to get, so i made a ticket to trust&safety. And they said "we will reply soon", that was 8 days ago, and i read after 14 days the account get deleted, is this true? I have been in discord for several years, buy nitro a few times, is not like i asked for the chageback without reason or to perjury them. And tbh at this point i just want my account back, i used the app everyday and i have a lot of contacts there, some of them i didnt share any server with, so i will just lose my online friends and that would be extremely sad.
