"Ping/Signal" a person like with TeamSpeak

Often, you want to get the attention of one(e.g. him being in a VC) without needing to find an appropriate text channel or needing to dig out your DM with him for just alerting him. Maybe he can't at the moment check if the message he received is important or just some random text.

So, how cool would it be if you were to ping this person via a specific notification sound, signaling there is a person who wants talk to him.

This could work like following:

1. You right-click the person you want to ping (anywere in the client) and in the dropdown menu you could select "Ping/Signal <name>"
2. The person would then in return get a notification sound and a little fly-out telling him he has been signalled. 

If I'm not mistaken there is a similar feature over with TeamSpeak, I'd really wish to have with Discord.
