Inbox not showing any pings.

My inbox hasn't been showing any newer pings for 6 days (as of writing this). I have no idea why it started happening. The same exact thing happens on my phone as well. I have tried reinstalling Discord on my phone and on my computer, but neither of these attempts worked at fixing it.

As you can see in this screenshot, I have two pings in this channel from today at 9am which SHOULD be in my inbox. Yet, the "latest" notification in my inbox is from 6 days ago.
Another thing that happens is that whenever I do get pings and I check my inbox, they appear very briefly before disappearing in almost an instant. Video of it happening here: https://streamable.com/6xdbnq

    I am getting the same issue with @here and @everyone notifications. They make the sound and shows up in the inbox for a split second before disappearing.
