My account got disabled for Chargeback

On August 16, when it was already evening, I decided to check new messages from friends on discord, however, when I opened the application, it turned out that I was logged out. I panicked and the first thing I did was check my email for any reason this happened when I noticed a message from Discord stating that there was strange activity on my account and two nitro transactions. I immediately went to check my paypal and unfortunately it turned out that someone had bought two Nitro gifts on my account. I was scared knowing it wasn't fully my money so I panicked and reported the transaction to Paypal before I found out that Discord had an article about it and decided to read it and submit it to Discord, but when I did, my account was excluded from due to a breach of Discord Tos or simply Chargeback. It turned out that Paypal decided to recover the money, which resulted in the imposition of a blockade on my account, which I did not realize that it could have happened. On the same day, I asked for my account to be returned by sending the contact form. I've been waiting for a week and I haven't gotten any sign of life from their team and I'm starting to worry that I may not get my account back. I'm still waiting for the answer, but I still don't know what to do.

    Hey! So Discord gets a lot of these requests daily and so it is hard to methodically do them all at once since they have to be individually investigated. And with such high general ticket volumes, it is likely that staff might be handling tickets of an entirely different type. Right now, I guarantee your ticket is probably on a numbered queue as long as it is still open/pending. The waiting game is usually the best option, regardless of how inconvenient it may be.

     i have the same problem, 10 days and still no reply about getting my account back for the chargeback ban. I read after 14 days they delete the account and idk if is true, but im scared about that happening
