Fix favorite gifs/emojis

So mobile has the favorite emojis and everyone has favorite gifs. However, if you log out of anything then log back in, all favorite emojis and gifs are gone. What's the point of a favorite system if it resets? It should be saved to the account and not the device/sign-in. Please fix this and make both permanent.
