Lowercase phi

Hello,

I'd like to display a lowercase phi (φ, U+03C6) with the unclosed version yet the Discord font seems to only have the closed version (ϕ, similar to U+03D5). Is there a way for me to control the exact character I want or a workaround to force the use of another font?
