Mark message feature

Instead of needing some pin perms to pin messages, I would like some mark and unmark message feature so I could easily jump to messages.

The reason I wanted this is that I have to scroll up just to find the message I want to see.

Pin message feature exists though but only server staff can do it. So I would be happy if this feature is added in discord. :D 

Edit: also, add a list for marked messages.
