Channel Priority Messages

You know how you can set descriptions for channels? That's neat and all, but I find that people often don't even notice them, or realize you can click them to read the whole thing; and you can't put embeds or chat links in them, at least noticeably.

I want to be able to put a message in a welcome chat, from me, explaining how help or questions can be directed on joining. I don't want to stop welcome messages from being posted, or delegate this to the channel description or pins. What I want is simple: the ability to set the message to always appear, highlighted, at the top of the channel's text window.

That way, no matter where in the message history you are, no matter what size your text window is, no matter how prone to completely missing normal text you are, it's right there; and I can put in it, the amount of characters, embeds, chat links, etc. that a normal message would be able to have. It'd serve as a function somewhere between what channel descriptions and pinned messages do, and could really help convey material in high-traffic channels that depend on people knowing, seeing, or reading certain things to use the channel correctly.

If you're worried about mobile windows being smaller, you could attach a dropdown button to it that collapses it to just show who posted the message, and not all the text within; but it'd need to be open first, lest the entire point be missed.
