Server "Event Endpoint"
Bot development isn't for everyone and it may be too complex or for those with less programming skills.
I would like to suggest implementing server-specific "event endpoint".
By this, the idea is to offer the option to designate a single web URL that reads JSON (just as an example) body data for a single server/guild, with intents managed and policed in the same way to that of bots.
As a security barrier, Discord could designate a single or pool of static IP addresses to ensure that data received by the URL is and only originates from Discord.
Another security precaution is that there could be a toggle option to enable these events for such a given endpoint. Also, there is the potential here to have this automatically turn off if the endpoint in question is unresponsive or times out (i.e. within 3 seconds) or returns anything else other than a 200 or 204 ("No Content" (to return)).

Personal Background, as of currently I have a small discord community of around 2,000 members in the ontology or manifestation space.
I would like to build up my community much more in a way that is sustainable but also highly secure to protect the members of our community.
The work I do specifically is in Mental Health and Mental Performance which is what a bit of my professional background originates from.
