Discord running at background open itself whenever there is nonnative resolution app opens

i have 2 monitors, the main is 1366x768 and the second is 1280x1024. i have discord always sits at second monitor, and i game at main monitor.

the problem is, i play csgo with 1024x768 (which is not a native res). everytime i launch the game and having discord in background, right after the moment the game comes up, the discord blink open at my second monitor, and then close itself to background again, and i am returned to the desktop. trying to switch to the game still trigger discord to do that again...

i solve this by either closing discord or open discord as a window and let it sits there.

i found this quite annoying cus i play a lot but also using discord to chat with friends at the same time.

i tried to feedback them but the feedback progess seems to be too complicated so i made this post.

my discord version: Stable 95369 (bcfaed2) Host 1.0.9002 Windows 10 64-Bit (10.0.19043)

hope the devs can see this and fix this for me!! tks for reading

edit: oh this also occurs whenever you launch other nonnative res program too, such as some super duper old games always at full screen for no reason
