Discord Verified Bot Developers

Hello, I have an idea for a server named Discord Verified Bot Developers like Discord Partners. I think new things could be discussed there before normal users know about it. (There used to be a Discord API and Discord Infrastructure server for this).

Discord Partners also discusses terms and stuff like that, so I think it would also be good to introduce something like that for verified bot developers as well, but they should solve the problem there that some people have a badge so that they bought an account, which is against ToS.
