(Feature request) @anyone, a less interruptive alternative to @everyone

There have been many moments in discord when I've wanted to find people in a server to play a game, or I needed help with a programming problem, and I can't find anyone. I don't want to type @everyone, because I don't want to ping everyone. My idea is an @anyone ping. Instead of pinging everyone and giving them a (1) notification, it should temporarily have some sort of faint notification pop up (It could have a (!) or (?) symbol and it could slightly blend into the background.) and it could notify everyone without interrupting them or make people think they were messaged personally. There could also be a version for just pinging one person.
