VERY LONG SUPPORT TIME WAIT

About 18 days ago, my discord account was disabled for some things that I didn’t do, but I suppose that I was in a server and the owner did something bad. As soon as this happened I sent an appeal and was told I will be helped “shortly”. 4 days past, so I made another ticket, again no response. Then I emailed discord support directly and they told me to make a ticket. I made another one, no response. (This is 8 days in) after this, I DMed discords Twitter just to get a reply with “open a ticket”. So again, I opened a ticket. It has become to the point where I have 8 tickets open, none of them have been answered. One of my ticket IDs is 16144125 . Please get back to me soon as I don’t want to get my account deleted for this.

    Dear Commo,
    The discord team have a lot of tickets, making "8" tickets is way to many. I agree, they can sometimes be slow, but they have a lot of tickets. The people at discord's twitter cannot do anything as they only manage the social media. I cannot really help you in this case.

    Just be patient with the staff, I’m sure they are really busy, and it’s also still summer maybe they have a break. I’m sure they are doing what they can, don’t forget that theres real people behind the support tickets :)
