Unable to hyperlink threads on Discord for iOS

I am reporting this issue of multiple users of iOS having issues with hyperlinking threads in the Discord app for IOS. It works fine on pc but the link wont work if written on iOS. Have tried re-installing the app multiple times, and it does not work. Tried leaving and re-joining a thread, does not work. Other iOS users have the same issue. I hope this can be fixed with an update.
