Toggle "Allow contacts to add me" should be one-time notice.

Not everyone wants a popup in their apps that appears every start up of the app.

But Discord does exactly that with no option to turn it off aside from buckling in and sharing unnecessary info. No "Remind me later" or "Don't remind me again". And taking the check mark off of that "Allow contacts to add me" doesn't stop the popup from appearing again. Am I really the only one that find this disturbingly intrusive?
