Problems with sending Direct Messages and a Friend Request, and reacting to Chat Messages

I'm having a problem for nearly a month now: I can't send any Direct Messages, Friend Requests, and reactions to her Chat Messages. And I wasn't even blocked by her, because she herself told me that she doesn't know why I can't do any of those things, and she herself told me to get help from Discord Support. I tried, but they couldn't help me solve it! And the strange thing is, is that I already sent her a friend request long ago, and she accepted it, so I don't know why I can send it to her again!
