Absolute joke of what they call "customer support"

discord has possibly THE worst customer support i have seen in my life it takes days to get a response from any of their bots and holy crap if you manage to talk to an actual human you gotta go buy a lottery ticket cause damn you are lucky. my email was compromised and i lost multiple accounts to the incident but have recovered all within minutes of creating a support request. its not like these were small companies either including epic psn and blizzard. but discord takes the cake personally for worst customer support.

  Dear ZOOM,
  Your language toward the Discord Support team is horrible. They have thousands of tickets coming in each day and they are doing their best to respond and help every single person of whom sent in a request. I recommend you give them a bit more respect.
