Reporting Suspecious Behavior?

A few days ago I was playing a game called "Narka" received a random invite to a server to game whatever, lets skip all that and get to the point...

- The Owner / Admin of the server (Without giving name) a couple of times started discussing how (Google Chrome) invades peoples privacy (Government) is watching, and Cyber Security im okay with that.

- I tell the dude my game is crashing he keeps telling me he will help with it whatever I told him I don't think he can apparently he got offended and banned from server.

^ Skipping past that I check into the persons social-media profiles and see them making cryptic profiles in references to acts of terrorism that took place and found that odd combined with the Anti-Social behavior that was shown to me by the owner / admin in the server along with some other details.

- The gaming community webpage was unprofessional advertisied itself as a roleplay community, but didn't look like such, and had not been updated in years, and contained encoded messages on images.

- The other profile / Community hasn't been updated in 2 years either.

- The persons behavior on another platform seemed like a don't waste my time attitude, and anti-social as well...

Based on what I knew about the person I was able to find public records and provide information to the authorities.

Discussion of NSFW, Cyber Security, Opinions, Aliens, I am all fine with free speech, however when a user or owner of a server shows Anti-Social behaviors, then I find other information about them it leads to questionable issues such as...

How does a user when they are (Banned) from a server by owner keep chat logs of server up until the time they are banned for submitting to police if required, in the most when a user is banned from a server it shouldn't close the entire server, but should prohibit new messages being sent and allow the user to see a shadow copy of pevious messages in-case of incidents like this.

- Dealing with stuff myself, I take mental health seriously, especially when I see key things that could indicate references to acts of terror, and anti-social behaviors which can be a key thing of a mass s****ing, or in some cases s***ide i've lost some people IRL to that.

- Part of me basically wanted to believe this was (Real Play) maybe I wasn't getting it it's a thing similiar to Role-Playing, but where a person takes (RL) events, or Issues and converts it into a roleplay mixed between the lines, However I got not indication of such.
