Quarrel: Third party Discord app for Xbox

There's an app called Quarrel on the Microsoft Store, it's a third party client for Discord which enables voice chat on Devices like Microsoft Windows, Windows 10 Mobile, Xbox one and Series consoles too.

I was wondering, Is it a bannable offense to sign up for this, and will it be brought to attention of discord staff in case its "Infringing" Discords application and bringing the app to Devices it isnt meant to be on.
It's a good App, but just isn't licensed by either Microsoft or Discord themselves. Is it an app we can use for voice chat on an Xbox or will it get us banned due to being Third party?

    The Playstation consoles are getting a Discord Client, would there be even a tiny chance, that it could also be coming out for the Xbox consoles, I'm not siding either of the consoles, but would it come out on both to increase Crossplay?
