Ability to Ask Discord Support Team to delete dead servers

There are many servers that dont get deleted when a user's account is deleted or banned. however there are servers that dont have the option to transfer ownership from dead account to another server, largely due to one of two things.
1. the server is less than 100 members.
2. The server does not have a server admin

I believe that these dead untouched servers can be dangerous for discord as there is now garbage data being used taking up discords resources, such as RAM, and Disk Storage, and possibly Bandwidth. So I Propose the possible following:

If no one talked in a server for 6-months and the server owner's account is deleted, If no one else in that server has admin permissions and the server does not have >100 members then User's can request the server to be deleted or, the server can be deleted automatically by discord themselves.

I am also sure that there as servers with dead accounts and untouched, possibly servers where the only member is the deleted user and maybe a few bot accounts.
