Feature Request

Add a feature (where a message can't be edited, where reactions cannot be added or removed, where the message cannot be deleted by anyone) where you can lock a message. any of the messages that are locked/unlocked can only be locked/unlocked by the owner/co-owner of the server.

With this feature people can ask questions or do Votings using the reactions and cannot change after being locked.

you/Discord doesn't have to add this Feature, but at least consider the idea and amount of possibility's.

Or you/Discord can just add a voting feature.
