Where are the support team?!
I've made several tickets over the last week because they never get replied to. someone got into my email account, changed my discord password and email address, bought a bunch of nitro (which discord refunded) but then I've had no communication at all about what they're going to do about my account. no messages, no "we're working on it" just absolute silence. what do the support team do if they never reply to tickets?

This chap needs more than just a refund. He needs actual information about his account and if he will get it back.

Discord have been dropping the ball with account security for a while now. Server mods are not a support team! Get it together!

I've had the same problem, my entire account was stolen from me, i've given everything from the last 4 of my CC#, an image of my DL next to my account, and even information about the hacker's email and phone number that they changed mine to. the tickets have been changed from a hacked account to nothing, and the other was closed, marked as solved and didn't even get replied upon. meanwhile I am panicking because I've had that account for five years, had the early supporter badge, and nitro consistently, and use that discord for my job.
Its been over a week since its happened and NOTHING has been said to me about what is going on.

here's the latest, they closed my tickets made on this account saying "solved" without giving me a way to reply. a previous message from the same person said that I need to make a ticket from that account that was taken. I've made at least 10 tickets and none of them have been replied to. I then made another ticket on thi account to say that I had made a ticket and gave them the ticket number. Sir Dante has since closed that ticket and I've had no communication since. it's disgusting that this is how they treat their security and safety of online use.

Discord support had me waiting for over a month and a half until they finally "returned" my account to me. But at that point they already deleted it while KNOWING it was compromised. I severely doubt they will help you, as Discord support is lazy and simply do not care about any of their users. Just making a new account is your best option.
