My friend discord account: AnhTrungg_YT#6018 was disabled without doing nothing

Today my friend have a problem: My friend logged in to his discord account but his account is disabled, and a message was sent by Discord with content:

I promise that my friend NEVER spam in any discord server and he only last joins a discord server is 1 month ago, and my friend didn't create any BOT to do bad things
One more time, I want Discord to remove disabled my friend discord account because he didn't do something bad (maybe a hacker logged in to my friend discord account and do some bad things)
I hope Discord will help my friend
