Ban system improvements

Before you call this a repost, this one has some features I have never seen on other posts

a built-in tempban feature that makes the user rejoin whenever the ban ends.

the banned user would still see the server on their list, but with an exlamation mark. When they click on it a screen would appear saying:

You got [temporarily/permanently] banned from this server.
Reason: [reason] | Time left: [if tempban show time left until unban, if permanent ban hide this]
Removing this server from your servers won't let you automatically join this server back.
[as buttons] Remove from list | Make an appeal
[hide appeal button if they are disabled in settings]

A feature allowing  banned users to appeal bans. When enabling this  in server settings it would make you create a new channel accessible only to the members with an admin permission, and the appeals would show up like this:

with 2 buttons at the bottom saying "accept" or "deny".
