Restrict Communication option

The entire point is just you're friends with someone, or you're in a circle with someone or the same friend group in general, but you don't want that person messaging you.

Essentially an option to keep someone from bothering you without needing to use the block button, but is still something more substantial than muting the individual. 

The result of this would likely be: When they message you (whether they are or aren't on your friendslist) and they're restricted Clyde sends them a message saying their message couldn't be delivered. 
A possible addition to this could be that they aren't able to view any images or files you send in mutual groupchats or servers.

The icing on the cake: It's as easy as muting, and comes with a timer that will auto-disable in 30 minutes, an hour, a day, or never if the user so decides. All without changing their status or listing on your friends-list or contacts*
