Desktop (MacOS) Notification Override not working properly

Hi

I generally set notifications at server level as follows:

Bascially, I want most channels not send notifications, but only announcement channels. Hence I suppressed @everyone and @here. Then I chose ALL for the announcement channel, but I don't get notifications on this one then.

How do I have to set it up? It seems like a bug to me.
