Support Concerns

I am extraordinarily frustrated with your terrible support system. Not only are you closing out tickets that are addressing security concerns, but I can't even post about it on reddit without you flagging the post immediately? Not cool.

To add to this, the anonymous submission form doesn't have any captcha or other spam filtering attached. So not only could someone do harm to my account, they could also essentially use my account to flood the discord support servers via a submission bot. Lovely.
