Account Hacked and no reply from Discord Email CELL PHONE IS STILL ATTACHED TO HACKED ACCOUNT
THIS IS EFFECTING DOZENS IF NOT HUNDREDS OF USERS (my account has sensitive information for many friends, families, and businesses)
I was token logged after downloading video games on a .io website.
User ID: 227971059209469952
Username: ghost#4221
Username after hacker changed it: RD HUY#0001
I submitted a ticket via support.discord.com with the original email used to create the account. I submitted my credit card info, billing address, cell phone and email to create the account(cell is still attached to this account I can't even remove it ffs), and dozens of other information associated with the account.
I reported the website link and game link to Discord and the .io website and it has since been removed from the Gaming Website.
My private messages contain tons of private info for all my accounts and friends and businesses. Social Media platforms, and ownership of multiple servers...
My account is also a community manager and is trusted by many people and this can be easily exploited to scam/hack other users.
Could I please get some kind of reply or told they are looking into it? I had to cancel all my bank cards etc. because Discord hasn't been able to respond to say they are actively retrieving my account.
The crazy part is, Discord replied back to the email and contact form reporting the hacker's main account and associated accounts he uses, but won't respond to me about retrieving my lost account!

There's also my personal information on this scammed account as it was a trusted community leader account. That I have known for many years. I would really like to see it returned to the rightful owner

Okay what gives? You are supposed to be supporting and monitoring things like this Discord. When you see people saying personal information was stolen and phone numbers were connected and everything else IT IS WORTHY OF BEING PRIORITIZED!!! Wake up Discord!!

This is getting better, discord really helps out with this stuff. 2 days after compromise I receive a not my issue and another 4 days of no support.

I highly doubt they're going to help you out. they dont care at all about hacked accounts. I've tried over and over and still no response from discord
