Account appeal didn't work?

Discord support replied to me with this message:
As a result, during this investigation, we temporarily suspended the account. You should have received an e-mail with steps to reset your password. Once you reset your password, your account will be re-enabled.

I went ahead and reset my password which should've re-enabled my account. I tried logging in and it still showed the message saying "Your account has been disabled." I'm not sure if it shows this message because its part of my suspension or my account is still disabled. Does anyone know?
