Account compromised no answer, 16 days, what to do??

Anybody else know what to do?

Already did a chargeback for the Four(4) Discord Nitros he bought.

Sent two tickets, 16 days still no response from an actual human.

I own two servers with the compromised account, anybody else know what will happen to the servers

  Strange, I usually get a response within 12 hours max whenever I have put in support tickets. Are you sure they got through properly? Put in another one and if that doesn't work I suggest starting a discussion on Twitter and tagging Discord in the tweet and see if that helps.

  I've already sent in a bunch of tickets and have pinged them on twitter, seems like their support team is non-existent.

  The hacker guy seems to be posting his links to scam/compromise more people in my server.

  Why can't discord just lock his account, I even got my money back.
