Copypasted suspicious text to console

So I got a message from a friend about something I can copypaste to the Discord console to get free Nitro. I didn't even really want the Nitro, but I was curious whether it was real or not so I stupidly followed the message and copypasted the text to the console. Right after I did it it hit me that it could be a scam, so I instantly changed my password and set up 2FA before they could do anything with my account. I regularly disable my account and reenable it to change the password just to be safe. What I'm wondering about is, could the hackers still gain access to my account even if I changed my password?
