My account has been falsely disabled.

Hi there,

A few days ago, my account was falsely disabled, I got banned for apparently raiding servers which I have never done. I woke up to it thinking it was a scam email, I only talk on like two servers, one is a community and the other is a group of friends. I've had my account for five years, bought nitro in the past and have never gotten warned. Please, can you guys do something about it, it's been bothering me ever since. If you can't, can I at least download all my data? My account is "Nintendo Wii#4376".
