Disable Stage Discovery Until Bigoted Stages Can be removed from highlight

Today (2021/09/25), the Stage Discovery feature with the personalize option turned off had 3 different stages from the same server debating the validity of LGBT people. There was at least one highlighted debating if black people were discriminated against. I am sure there are more I didn't see.

This feature is currently putting bigoted people directly into the feed of the people they are practicing their bigotry against in real time. This is not appropriate and if Discord cannot moderate this, the feature needs to be removed.

As an addendum: There is no way to report the servers being highlighted in Stage Discovery from that UI. We cannot even flag these horrendous discussions while they're happening.
