my account was hacked but not disabled

someone hacked my discord account and just watch me and check me
i asked discord support list of my account logged in information but discord just support that hacker
i dont need someone to tell me i should change my password and i need strong password or 2af, that hacker already have my token code, i just wanna know who the hell is he/she, is this too much? this is my account so why discord dont tell me who logged into my account
this is our support or hackers support?
