Rearrange stickers and emojis

I think it would be very useful to be able to rearrange the order stickers and emojis are in the list with a drag and drop This would be useful if someone wanted to move a sticker from level 2 to level 1 or vice versa, same with emojis.  It also is a good way to sort them if you had a certain type of reaction or a certain character, you could group them together.
