Sticky messages in servers

There should be a feature to sticky messages on the top of the screen so you see it when going in a channel. Sort of like pinning messages but you don't have to click on the pins button.

Why this would be useful:
I'm in a discord server where people discuss ios jailbreaks. The owner pinged @everyone in the anouncements channel to tell everyone of a new exploit, but many people didn't understand that this was just an exploit and not a full jailbreak. There were so many people in the channels asking how to do it or where to download it, they had to put a 15 second slow mode on the channel. Being able to put a message on the top of the screen explaining that would be awesome.
Many people don't fully read the accouncement :p
