Adding an email option to verify your account

I recently got the message of "There is something out of the ordinary" and I need to verify my account. I noticed that there was only a mobile phone option to verify it and due to my phone being repaired, I was unable to do this. This is a pledge for Discord to add an email method to verify your account as not everybody has a mobile phone and I see no reason why this wouldn't be possible
