I blocked the user, but I still see this annoying advertisement that this insect is writing something. WHY IS THAT?

Can I somehow erase this filthy racist so that I never think about him again? Is it really that hard to do?

    I dunno about all this racism business but i also don't want a little new message tick mark to pop up on the channel when my blocked users say something in that channel
