The new notifications are bad

I didn't mind the branding change, the logo and all that stuff, i mean, i kinda liked it... but this is just awful. the custom desktop notifications are bad looking, lame, inconsistant with the operating system, don't support dark mode (yet) and so on... i never liked any custom notifications from any application but i never really used those apps which had custom notification bubbles... this is an app that i frequently use, give me an option!

for now, the only way to change this is to switch to a browser or maybe other client.

other reasons: Swipe to discard doesn't work; when using "automatically hide taskbar" the taskbar pops up and hides the notification behind it; it makes me forced to focus on the app (although i don't remember if it was like that before); it even uses the OLD LOGO at the bottom right corner!; doesn't look cool (the windows' one has hover, click, swipe animations, are translucent and consistant with the rest of the OS)

I may add more reasons as time goes on... what i want is an option, even if i have to go to the registry and its a one time change, i will take that! i just don't like almost any custom notification popups... keep it consistant (ik that ms teams does have custom ones even if they are the same company, and i don't like it either)
