Connections Endpoint with Bot Users

Suggestion: Allow bot users to call the connections endpoint. Currently, they can if the user you are trying to get the connections of did OAuth with access to connections, but if you want to get the connections of someone in your discord server, this is currently not possible with a bot user. This endpoint already exists for regular users but for some reason, bots cannot call it. I am requesting that Discord allows bot users to make this call.

  I'd personally rather it not be easier to scrape all of my connections without me explicitly allowing it

  The Oauth scope exists for a reason, this would completely make that useless

  Totally agree with Donovan_DMC, that would be huge privacy problem!
