Unique mode would make it so users can only send unique messages. Meaning that they cannot spam certain messages together (e.g. Someone in chat says "Hello" no one else can say "Hello" for some a set amount of time)

    While that is an interesting feature, it's also an oddly specific one and I don't think this would ship any time soon. If you need this feature, I suggest you make a bot that checks the message content against the last 20 or so messages sent :)
