Alt text on mobile

Although I'm really happy that alt text description* for images support has been added to desktop Discord, this feature is still not available in the mobile app. This seems like an obvious thing to add, so I wanted to provide this feedback so that it's in Discord's radar if it wasn't already (I couldn't find it searching on here)

*alt text functionality allows users to provide image descriptions when they upload an image primarily so that blind people using a screen reader can tell what the image file is, rather than the screen reader just reading the image file

    I second that; the images that I know to have the alt text — don't read as anything when using a screen reader in the mobile app.
