Show Timeout Reason to Offending User

The timeout feature is great, but I feel like the user being timed out should be able to view the reason why, as opposed to just being visible in the server audit. Especially in busy servers, this avoids members DMing mods with a 'wtf why' attitude, and the reason simultaneously does not need to be posted in 'public' chat channels as a potential shaming mechanism. It is especially useful if the mods require acknowledgement or further action from the user in order to lift the timeout.

    Yes, as a moderator this would be extremely helpful. This simple solution would clear up the confusion on the member’s end and the constant questions as to why they were timed out.
