A Two Factor Request/Suggestion

I want to enable 2FA requirement for moderation but I have moderators stuck with IOS 12.5 or older that are unable to set 2FA for their accounts on discord.

2FA Moderation currently takes the majority of permissions under it's belt and for those who cannot enable this feature, its either remove valuable members of the staff team, or risk the guilds security.

What I'd like is either for a way to customise the 2FA requirement for moderation so I could enable/disable parts of it such as enable it for the Administrator, Ban and Manage Server/Webhook permission, but at the same time disable it for kicking and other permissions.

Or have an option for roles so that they can be locked with 2FA.
