Improve Explicit Media Folder

I am a big fan of the meme cat Bingus. He is a hairless cat. Whenever I try sending him to group chats or servers, Discord thinks it is NSFW and doesn't let me send it. So overall improvement of the explicit media filter would be much appreciated.
