Add thumbs up orangutan and otter emojis to the default discord emojis list.

Hello there, I've modified the default otter and orangutan emojis to include a cute thumbs up.
If these emojis were ever considered to be added to the default emojis, I would be absolutely honored. Thank you for your time ❤️

    while they definitely look cute (especially the otter i love otters :D), Discord uses Twemojis, the ones Twitter made and uses, so it wouldn't be possible. Even if you could add Twemojis, it's really a struggle to add new unicodes and characters and going through that to add thumbs up orangutan and otter emojis doesn't seem quite like the thing. You can still add them to your server and suggest it in others though
